You will therefore have to eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds and legumes so as to increase the fiber content in your body. Apart from this it is also essential to get involved into some kind of physical activity for atleast 30 minutes in a 5 day week. Doing these will certainly decrease bloating chances.

  • Make sure that you rule out lactose intolerance

If you are allergic to some foods then it may result in bloating and gas. But before you come up to any conclusion it is important that you get it confirmed by a doctor. Some people misinterpret the causes of bloating to be allergy and then miss out consuming certain important dairy foods.
